DESIGN ASSISTANCE

Superior Metal Products can provide design assistance to our clients, many of whom know what they want but are not quite sure how to achieve it. We are experts in utilizing the latest technologies to deliver the highest quality prototype and design assistance. All criteria and specifications provided to our design team are held in the strictest confidence, a factor that makes our company stand out as one of the most reliable partners in the industry. It is our mission to provide products of the highest quality while improving our clients’ production costs and efficiency.

PLATING

Superior Metal Products has access to the facilities and expertise to deliver plated finishes with the highest quality.

ENGINEERING

The success of any endeavor is commensurate with the applied engineering. To enhance success, our engineering department employs the latest in computer technology. Use of the latest AutoCAD and Solidworks® technology is a standard at our facility, and the use of Striker System Software expedites die design. Also, DWG, DXF, IGES, STP and STL files can be imported into our system.
Our extensive hands-on experience combined with this advanced technology enable us to design and implement in-die monitoring measuring systems as well as custom automation design. All designs are accomplished in-house.

POWDER COATING

Superior Metal Products has access to Armor Powder Coating which is a state of the art powder coating facility that employs the latest technology. Beginning with a 5-stage pretreatment process, products then move into the two powder rooms, each outfitted with eight ITW Gema automatic spray guns.

The 20-foot infrared oven and 95-foot gas convection oven are then used for curing. The result is a durable, protective painted finish.

PACKAGING

As another value-added service, Superior Metal Products can package items to customer specifications before shipping to their final destination. This capability speeds overall turnaround time by eliminating the need for a separate stop before reaching the product’s final destination.

PROCESS ASSEMBLY

Our company specializes in the coordination and assembly of products containing various materials to meet our customers’ needs. Our value-added assembly capabilities help our customers reduce costs and lead times while better managing product quality through a single source supplier.
