POWDER COATING

Superior Metal Products has access to Armor Powder Coating which is a state of the art powder coating facility that employs the latest technology. Beginning with a 5-stage pretreatment process, products then move into the two powder rooms, each outfitted with eight ITW Gema automatic spray guns.

The 20-foot infrared oven and 95-foot gas convection oven are then used for curing. The result is a durable, protective painted finish
