METAL STAMPING

Our metal stamping capabilities cover a wide variety of needs from high-volume to single-piece prototype requirements. Operating in a job shop environment creates flexibility and quick changeover capability. Our stamping department offers high-speed progressive parts, deep-drawn parts to 10” deep, forming and bending sheet & plate to 3/8” x 10’ along with low-volume, short-run and prototype items. Our press tonnage ranges from 10 to 600 tons with bed sizes up to 48” x 108”.

We offer complete press automation on our high-volume production stations, which is backed with in-house tool and die engineering support 24 hours a day. Production demand is scheduled using the latest computer material requirements planning system resulting in accurate inventory, prompt deliveries and smooth inventory turns.
