TOOL AND DIE

Our tool design department uses the latest CAD technology available for the development and design of various dies. Utilizing 3D die simulation software, our highly trained tool makers can see how dies will interact before they are actually produced. This reduces the costs associated with prototypes and speeds the testing process.

Once a die is ready for production, our design engineers specify only the best grades of tool steel and die components, which result in top-of-the-line dies. Our tooling department is equipped with CNC machining, wire EDM, and all varieties of grinding. This extensive line of equipment is operated by highly trained tool makers with over two decades of experience. Progressive tooling and single station tools are built in-house in sizes up to 48” x 108”.
